Requirements Engineering and Requirements Management
The demands on a system increase with its complexity. These requirements can be specified and managed by Requirements Engineering (RE), a branch of Systems Engineering. The RE results form the basis for the successful realisation of a project, as they determine and coordinate the functionalities that the system must present after completion. Requirements Engineering can therefore solve problems before the actual implementation of the system.
Model-based Project Engineering (MBPE)
The Model-based Project Engineering approach developed by us combines Model-based Systems Engineering with the requirements of project management. For this purpose, project management functionalities are integrated into technical models. This significantly promotes efficient cooperation between project management and technical development.

CERTIFIED PROFESSIONAL FOR REQUIREMENTS ENGINEERING
The three-step concept 'Certified Professional for Requirements Engineering' (CPRE) is aimed at employees of Requirements Engineering and serves above all to expand their personal specialist knowledge. The programme is divided into the following stages:
The certification scheme was developed by the International Requirements Engineering Board (IREB). invenio Systems Engineering, together with the invenio Academy, provides recognised trainers who convey the contents of the CPRE programme. The certification exam is taken before independent examiners.
SCRUM is an agile project management method that first formulates the requirements of a product from the user's point of view. Then, in many one- to four-week sprints, we work towards the pre-formulated vision and analyse the intermediate status - and add further requirements if necessary. With simple rules, independent work in interdisciplinary teams, full transparency, regular coordination and a clear structure, SCRUM allows you to react quickly to changing requirements, and at the same time, drive the development process extremely purposefully.
